Dear Reseller,

It has recently come to our notice that some of the information provided to you in the previous email communication with the subject: Important Announcement: Updates to the Password Policy is incorrect. We humbly apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused.

Further to the above, please find the correct information regarding our new password policy below:

Your new password must have:

  • Between 9-16 characters
  • Uppercase characters (A-Z)
  • Lowercase characters (a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Special characters ~*!@$#%_+.?:,{}

Whom does this affect?

  • Resellers creating a new reseller/customer/company user account
  • Existing resellers/customers/company user changing their account password

We also recommend that existing users update their passwords as per the new policy to ensure the added security of their accounts.

For Resellers using our SuperSite and/or PartnerSite, there are some changes that we will make to the backend code on the sign-up pages. If you have made any modifications to the code on your sign-up page we urge you to check out the new code changes and make the necessary changes at your end. Click here to view the changes.


For Resellers who haven’t made any modifications, these changes will be automatically updated at your end. However, we still suggest that you view the changes that have been made.

For API Resellers.

We also have updated our API's to help you comply with our new password policy.

For the new APIs' please refer to our knowledge base

The existing APIs will remain intact and will not enforce the new password policy. However we recommend that you switch to the new APIs for a better experience.
